01

Post-operative rehabilitation

A clear plan for each stage after surgery, from the first days through to return to activity.

02

Sports injuries

For competitive and recreational athletes: assessment, rehabilitation after injuries and return to training and competition based on functional criteria.

03

Musculoskeletal conditions

Assessment and treatment of pain and limitations affecting the joints and spine, to support confident movement in everyday life.

Your first visit

Your first assessment

The first visit is dedicated to understanding your problem and your goals.

  • A detailed discussion of your history, symptoms and goals
  • Assessment of mobility, strength and functional capacity
  • A clear explanation of what is happening
  • Initial recommendations and a plan with goals and criteria for progress

Relevant medical documents: imaging investigations (MRI scans, X-rays, ultrasound scans), medical letters, operative reports or other documents relating to your condition.

  1. Preparation, where possible: mobility, strength and what to expect after surgery.

  2. Managing pain and inflammation, protecting the surgical repair and gradually regaining mobility.

  3. Progressive exercise to develop strength, balance and confidence in the joint, with regular reassessments.

  4. Returning to everyday life and, where appropriate, training and competition, based on functional criteria.

For active people

Does it hurt when you train? You don't necessarily have to stop.

Do you run, go to the gym, play football or enjoy sport, but have persistent pain, an injury or difficulty returning to your previous level? Together, we explore what is happening and build a plan that keeps you active, with a progressive return to training.

  • Understand the cause of your pain

Clinical and functional assessment, not just treating symptoms.

  • Stay as active as possible

We adapt training rather than stopping it entirely, where possible.

  • Return with clear criteria

We test strength and control before a full return to exercise.
